Social media for holiday lets and estate agents
We turn the photos you already have into cinematic reels, then run your Instagram, Facebook and TikTok around them. No film crew, no shoot day, nobody in your guests' way.
StillFor holiday-let businesses
Most holiday lets have good photos sitting still on a listing page. We make them move, write the captions, plan the month and post it. You approve everything before it goes out.
Your listing photos animated into short, cinematic video. No visit needed.
A planned month of posts, carousels and stories, published for you.
Written to your house rules, in British English, with a reason to book direct.
Local guides for your website, seasonal pushes and booking-gap posts.

Around 70 lakeside holiday homes on the Cotswold Lakes. We run Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, turning each home's listing photos into its own reel.
For estate agents
We set up and run a dedicated Instagram for your sales team, and make feature films of your listings from the photography you already commission.
How it starts
The first reel is free, so you can judge the work on your own property before we talk about a monthly plan.
Your website or a listing page is enough. We take the photos from there.
We animate your best shots, edit them to music and send you the finished reel to keep.
If you like it, we put together a month of content and run your accounts from there.
About
I grew up in Cornwall, surrounded by holiday lets, and I started out making property videos for cottages there. The same thing kept coming up: owners had beautiful photos and no time to do anything with them. A shoot meant a date, a crew and a gap in the bookings.
So I built Peak Season around the photos people already have. I animate them into reels, write the posts and run the accounts, all remotely. It keeps the cost down and means I can work with anyone, wherever their homes are.
Today I run Instagram for a Grade II listed house in the Cotswolds, and for a lakeside holiday-let company and its sales team. I work with a small number of clients at a time so each one gets proper attention, and you deal with me directly.
If your photos are good and your feed is quiet, send me a link. I'll make you a reel of your property for free, and you can decide from there.
